A customized massage session designed to relieve tension, reduce pain, and support overall relaxation. Using techniques such as Petrissage, Efflourage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, targeted muscle work, and slow therapeutic pressure, each session is tailored to your body’s needs. Sessions may include one or more of the following; Cupping, Gua Sha, Aromatherapy, Hot Stones, and Hot Towels (time permitting). This treatment is ideal for pain management, stress relief, chronic tension, improving mobility and overall wellbeing.
This specialized session focuses on relieving tension in the jaw, face, neck and surrounding fascia. Treatment includes myofascial release, neck and shoulder work, gentle intra oral therapy to address the muscles inside the mouth, facial massage, Gua Sha, cupping, lymphatic drainage, and red light therapy.
